Mr. McCullough has served as the President and CEO of Solar Monkey since he founded the Company in 2006. Mr. McCullough has 25 years of experience in business development and project management. Prior to starting his own business, Mr. McCullough was a vice president at Harding Lawson Associates, a major environmental engineering and construction company with over $130 million annual revenues, and was a principal engineer at McLaren/Hart Environmental Engineering.

Mr. McCullough has authored thirty publications on environmental issues and is a member of the Solar Energy Industries Association, California Solar Industries Energy Association, American Wind Energy Association, United States Green Building Council, American Institute of Chemical Engineers, and the American Chemical Society.

Mr. McCullough has an M.S. degree in chemical engineering from Yale University, B.S. degree in chemical engineering from University of California, San Diego, and is currently enrolled in the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Chief Strategy Officer, Jun Sung

Mr. Lee, Chief Strategy Officer, joined Solar Monkey after 17 years of success full career with Hanwha Corporation and affiliates. Mr. Lee has 10 years of experience in construction management, real estate project development, and infrastructure and energy project development with Hanwha Engineering & Construction. Immediately before joining Solar Monkey, Mr. Lee was the Deputy General Manager of Alternative Investment at Korea Life, managing the Group’s US$2 billion fund in alternative investments, including real estate, Hard Assets REITs, infrastructure and energy project investment and financing, as well as overseas mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Lee is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Associate Real Estate Council (AREC). He also served as a part-time lecture at Konkuk University Real Estate Graduate School and holds Korean Class A Engineer License in Architectural Engineering.

Mr. Lee received Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY and Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Seoul National University in Seoul, Korea.

CFA and Director of Finance, Hao Wang

Serving as the main point of contact for financial investors and lending institutions, Mr. Wang is responsible for our corporate and project finance responsibilities. He leads the financial analysis, management, and structuring execution for commercial and utility-scale projects. Mr. Wang also oversees internal control, budgeting, and reporting functions. Prior to joining Solar Monkey, Mr. Wang was a Vice President of Investment Banking for seven years at Takenaka Partners, an international investment banking and consulting firm headquartered in Los Angeles, California and Tokyo, Japan.

Mr. Wang received his MBA from Tulane University and B.S. in Economics from China Remin University. Mr. Wang is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Director of Engineering, Luke Soule

Mr. Soule is responsible for the oversight and review of engineering, design, construction and product specification for solar projects. Over the last several years, he has worked to create and improve the design, modeling, and analysis tools used by Solar Monkey for all solar projects. Mr. Soule also brings an extensive background in computerized control systems that are ubiquitous in systems today. He is the qualifier for the company's California Contractor's License Solar Energy (C-46) classification. He joined the Company after graduating summa cum laude from the University of Michigan in 2002 with a B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering. He is a NABCEP Certified PV Installer and a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional.

Director of Sales and Project Development, Josh McNeely

Mr. McNeely is responsible for managing sales and project development activities for Solar Monkey - with a concentration on large renewable Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) contracts with utilities in north America. Mr. McNeely assists in managing the companies operations and developments in specific target regions. He has experience in site identification and acquisition, interfacing with governmental agencies and dealings directly with utility procurement groups. He serves as main point of contact for large key accounts, assisting in both administrative and physical plant construction processes.

Mr. McNeely deals directly with state and local agencies on obtaining environmental/construction permits and access to applicable subsidy programs. He acts as a liaison for clients seeking project financing from institutional lenders, attends trade and association shows, is an active member of ACORE, SEIA, SEPA and residing board member for a coalition supporting renewable energy development in East San Diego County. Mr. McNeely also assists in maintaining supplier relationships and procuring new products and service offerings. Mr. McNeely received a B.A. in Economics and Organizational Studies from the University of California, Davis.

Director of Institutional Sales, Frank S. Tom, Ed.D.

Dr. Tom is responsible for sales in the institutional market. His primary focus is to help school districts, community colleges, universities, and government entities generate long term energy cost savings by implementing a Solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).

Dr. Tom has over two decades of experience as a school administrator, assistant superintendent, and superintendent for school districts in Northern California. As the Superintendent of Lafayette School District, he worked with the school board to develop a plan to implement a Solar PPA. Lafayette School District was the first district in Contra Costa County to implement a solar solution to address revenue shortfalls (due to State funding) and to promote green energy.
